Narayan Bharadwaj - Business Head
Narayan Bharadwaj Narayan Bharadwaj is the business head for Wipro Gallagher Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for setting and directing the strategy and vision of WGS’ world-wide business and for bringing “best-in-class” solutions to WGS clients by leveraging Wipro’s deep domain expertise in banking and financial services.

Narayan has more than 18 years of experience in banking and financial services technology and operations. Narayan started his career with ANZ Cards in risk operations and subsequently moved on to Citibank where he delivered several strategic technology programs for Citi’s Emerging Markets and India businesses for consumer and asset-based finance business lines. After his stint at Citi, Narayan moved on to GE Money to head up their lending systems, leading successful roll-outs of an end-to-end core lending platform. At GE Money, he also worked at the global CIO’s organization responsible for change management for their global cards systems. From GE Money, Narayan joined Wipro as the Practice Head for Cards where he worked on several successful initiatives to establish a domain-based differentiation for marquee clientele. Afterward, Narayan undertook an entrepreneurial venture, co-founding Quatrro Risk Management & Analytics Services along with his ex-colleagues from Citi, offering risk management services to banks and financial institutions. In Narayan’s second stint with Wipro, he led Wipro’s relationship in Asia-Pacific for one of the world’s largest banking and financial services company as the Client Partner.

Narayan is a Chartered Accountant & Management Accountant. He is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and a GE certified six-sigma green belt.

Pete LeFebvre - General Manager - Operations
Pete LeFebvre Pete LeFebvre is the head of operations for Wipro Gallagher Solutions (WGS). He joined WGS in 1989 and spent four years developing, marketing, and supporting risk management software before assuming responsibility for product development. He has overseen the delivery responsibilities for two generations of our core lending platform, Millennium and NetOxygen. As operations manager, Pete is responsible for implementation, support, product development, and training. Pete holds a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.


Joey McDuffee - Head - Sales & Marketing
Joey McDuffee Before coming to WGS, Joey McDuffee spent his time as a teaching assistant for the Physics Department and as a research assistant for the Rapid Prototype Development Laboratory at the University of Dayton in Ohio. Joey started at WGS in October of 1993 as a Forms Designer and Programmer. He quickly moved into the area of software training and implementation for the WGS POS system. With the advent of the WGS Windows-based mortgage origination software product, Joey became an implementation consultant before taking over the position of Manager of Training and Technical Services. Joey has worked with a diverse array of clients, including sub-prime lenders, mobile home lenders, and regular 'A' paper lenders, ranging in size from 20 to 2000 users. After the release of the NetOxygen mortgage origination software platform, Joey formalized the Sales and Marketing Department, becoming the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Teresa Blake - Practice Director, Subject Matter Expert (SME) Department
Teresa Blake In April 2012, Teresa Blake joined Wipro Gallagher as the Practice Director for WGS' Subject Matter Expert (SME) Department. While WGS has established itself in the market as a respectable mortgage loan origination system provider, our vision is to transform WGS into an enterprise lending solution provider of choice for our customers and prospects. The solutions we create are holistic and cut across business policy, technology, operations and analytics. The SME group will also provide the functional direction to the WGS product suite by observing market direction, competition analysis, and, more importantly, the roadmaps and challenges of our client base. Partnering with other Centers of Excellence in Wipro, the SME group will drive cross-pollination of solutions applicable to the lending industry.

Teresa joins us from Bank of America, where she was a Senior Vice President and Change Delivery Executive with the Home Loans business. In her most recent assignment, Teresa successfully led Bank of America's fulfillment business-strategy development for a technology renewal program leading to savings of $188 million. She aptly led several process improvement initiatives in First Mortgage, Home Equity, and Reverse Mortgage and Sales Fulfillment (retail, correspondent, and wholesale) and also led a team driving Six Sigma projects to deliver a reduction in loan manufacturing defects by 3.2 times. Teresa also piloted efforts to integrate the Institutional Retirement business of Merrill Lynch into Bank of America.

Prior to Bank of America, Teresa held numerous leadership roles at Textron (a Fortune 200 firm) including Six Sigma Black Belt, Operations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. In the latter role, she led the Ariba implementation across Jacobsen Textron worldwide.

Teresa earned her certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Bank of America and earned her Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
