Gallagher Financial Systems provides several means of obtaining help with our software, including e-mail, telephone technical support, World Wide Web and FTP sites, documentation, and extensive online help. We offer all of these options to make sure you get all the help you need. Instructions for obtaining support from these sources are outlined below.

Gallagher Financial Systems' technical support staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When the GFS office is closed, on-call support technicians respond to customer support e-mails in a manner appropriate to the issue submitted.

Contact GFS Support

  • Contact your GFS representative for the e-mail address appropriate for submitting technical support issues. Each issue is assigned a HelpDesk number. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
  • Contact name (and phone number, if after hours)
  • Priority
  • Description of the problem
  • Steps to recreate the problem
  • Attachments, such as error message screenshots and Event Logs (e.g., NetOxygen server or DEA server, if DEA related)
  • Contact the support staff Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST at 1.800.989.9996.
  • Access the Gallagher web site 24 hours a day, seven days a week at http://www.gogallagher.com.
